One word covers two stones, and I say which one
My name is Jade. French, from Morbihan in Brittany, living in Tallinn. I choose the pieces and have them set: I mine nothing, I cut nothing, and the metalwork is not done by my hand. What I do before listing a piece is weigh one example in air, then in water, work out its density, and publish the figure on the product page.
That figure tells whether the stone is jadeite, nephrite or something else. It does not tell whether it has been treated, and I say so on the same line.
