A question about a stone, about a bangle diameter, about an order in progress: write to me. I run this shop alone, so I am the only one reading these messages.
By email
One address, for everything:
There is no form on this page, and that is deliberate. A form goes through a service provider, which means one more third party to trust with your message and your address. An email goes straight from one inbox to another. What I do with your data.
I answer myself, in French or in English. I have no customer service, no office hours and no automatic reply: that means answers that are sometimes slow, never a “we” standing for a team that does not exist.
What I can really help you with
Write before you buy rather than after: in this catalogue, most disappointments are settled with two messages beforehand.
- The diameter of a bangle
- It is question number one, and the only one with no second chance: a bangle does not open and cannot be resized. Send me the circumference of your closed hand, thumb tucked in, and I will tell you what fits. How to measure it.
- A particular stone
- I can tell you what I measured on the example, what the supplier wrote to me, and what I do not know. That last point is often the most useful.
- An order in progress
- Give me the order number, it is in the confirmation email. Delivery and returns.
- A return or a withdrawal
- One message is enough to start it, there is no form to fill in. The steps to follow.
- An error on the site
- A sentence that promises an effect, a measurement that does not add up, a dead link: point it out to me, and I will fix it. It is the line I hold most seriously.
What I cannot do
Better to write it down: it will save you waiting for an answer that will not come as hoped.
- I cannot appraise a stone you already own. I am not a gemmologist, I have no laboratory, and a photo settles nothing. I can explain how to weigh it yourself, which will tell you more than my opinion.
- I cannot say whether a piece has been treated, including the ones I sell. Here is why.
- I give no health advice. A stone heals nothing, and I have no opinion to give on what another shop says about it.
- I do no custom work and no engraving. I choose pieces and have them set, I do not make them.
The postal address
The business address is on the legal notice. It is not a shop: there is nothing to visit, and no return should be sent there without writing to me first, or it may get lost. The return procedure always starts with a message.
